Pricing Guide
We currently offer two basic pricing structures. Flat rate items & Hourly based repairs.
Flat Rate Items
Flat rate items include all services rendered for an agreed upon price. Time spent delivering the desired result is irrelevant to both parties until achieved.
Some examples of Flat rate items are included in our apartment services catalogue or when requested as part of a formal quote for work as a “bid”.
Hourly Based
All non Flat rate items are performed on an hourly per technician basis. For all services there is a one hour minimum per dwelling.

First Hour Premium
Operating a mobile service isn’t easy or inexpensive, between needing to carry a multitude of various supplies in order to tackle any challenging task to the time taken to travel between job sites during rush hour as well as the increased wear, tear, insurance & maintenance from increased driving (some of our technicians avg 30-50k miles annually) performing a mobile service faces its own operational challenges and expenses.
As such a First Hour Premium equal to 1 hour is added to each dwelling per visit to support the costs of material, fuel, insurance (GL, WC, Auto), and staff travel.
This allows us to keep our 'one hour minimum', offering increased accessibility to a wide range of individuals fitting their needs.
First Hour Premium waived where daily cumulative hours are equal to or greater than 6 hours. Work completed between 5-6 hours will be rounded to 6 hours and FHP waived.
Discounts
Where it may require one or more technician(s) for one full day or more the following discounts apply:
Day Rate Discount - 12.5% off
Multi-Day or Multi-Tech Discount- 20.0% off
*Discounts only applicable for scheduled requests, visit requests that develop into being applicable after arrival are not eligible*
We highly recommend thorough walkthroughs or inspections of projects to identify scope and cost prior to scheduling service. Inspections are offered free of charge for both digital and in-person.
Cancellations & Rescheduling of Services
Cancellations or requests to reschedule planned services must be received 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service time appointment. Requests providing notice in excess of 24 hours advance are eligible for free cancellation or rescheduling.
Requests to cancel or reschedule service with less than 24 hours notice but before a technician arrives are subject to a cancellation fee of 1 hour.
Requests to cancel or reschedule service made once a technician arrives incur a fee equal to 2 hours.
Bids vs Estimates
Our terminology regarding "bids" vs "estimates" are as follows:
"Bids" are considered as a static or unchanging price relative to the amount of time required to complete a task or project. An example of a Bid might include a countertop chip where we provide a "Flat-Rate" for completing the repair. Bids can be requested for any project size.
"Estimates" are provided as a best guess on the hourly amount of time for completing a project. Estimates will feature a price range based on what we believe the time to complete the task will take. Estimates are non-static and will be billed according to the hourly based schedule. An example of an estimate might include a Final Walk Punch-list (where we touchup multiple items on multiple surfaces throughout the home) and where the amount of time needed to complete the project may vary.
Rush Orders
For rush orders requiring service completion within 24 hours from notice, double charges will apply.
Paint Matching
Paint matching is available for an additional per project fee of:
$200 for the first color.
$85 for each additional color.
Included in this fee:
Color matched base paint in liquid form - (1/2pt to 1pt).
On-site adjustment of liquid paint to best possible match & blend.
On-site injection of liquid paint into aerosol can.
All purchased paints (liquid & aerosol) will be left on-site following project completion for any homeowner future needs. Amounts leftover will vary according to project scope.
Available as an independent service for a nominal fee. Formulation available for a nominal per color fee. Larger quantities incur additional cost.
Deposits
For first time non-commercial clients, a 50% or $100 deposit (whichever is greater) is required after accepting the estimate / bid online for service.
This deposit confirms your reservation and serves as acknowledgement and acceptance of the work to be performed. Work will not be scheduled until the deposit is received. The deposit will be credited towards your final invoice.
Late Fees
For all invoices where payment is not postmarked or received/approved electronically by 30 days from issuance, a 5% per month fee will be applied cumulatively.
